Today we rode Tent Canyon (not recommended horses) and Tent Canyon Ridge. We took my alternate trail to avoid tje dirt road section of Tent Canyon. This trail is a bit rugged and steep with lots of obstacles/tripping hazards to navigate thru. We got thru Tent Canyon but, as usual, I had some cutting to do. This is a tight Canyon with some rock scrambles so don't ride it without a saw and a good experienced horse. It's a very pretty trail and it makes for a nice loop if you ride it clock wise. I don't recommend riding it counterclockwise because you then have to jump down the rocks and you also miss the great views on the ridge.
