Read Mountain: Plan B

With a beautiful, sunny day on tap, getting outside for a hike was on our list of things to do! It had been a while since we had hiked Flat Top @ Peaks of Otter. So, that was our plan. However, when we tried to get access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, we discovered it was closed. Fortunately, close by was Read Mountain! It ended up being a great place to enjoy the outdoors on this beautiful, late winter day!
