Nice ride in a relatively new area for us. Mild ride in the woods. Nice climb up “the ridge” then ventured further North where Tony lost a rear track bar bracket bolt. So in to Copemish where we found a bolt and fixed him up. Decided to find dinner and ended up at 231 Bar and Grill. Nice tavern, great food! Then the challenge from Tony: get us back to Irons with less than 5 miles on asphalt. We were 30 miles away as the crow flies. It was tough but in the end we made it with 8.2 miles on pavement. There are very few places to cross the Manistee River and they are all paved 😎
