"Little Tahoma Peak, also called Little Tahoma, is a satellite peak of Mount Rainier in Pierce County, Washington and in Mount Rainier National Park. It is quite noticeable from Seattle over 60 miles (97 km) away. Little Tahoma Peak is a volcanic remnant. It was part of a larger Mount Rainier which has eroded."
Towering at 11,138 ft (3,395 m) Little Tahoma is ranked number 3 on the Washington top 100 list.
Smit and I climbed Little Tahoma Sunday 6/15/2025. Coincidently the same day 6 years ago, also on a Father's Day, I summited Mount Rainier. Maybe I will try a significant objective next year on Father's Day to extend my luck.
