Climb about 3 miles from Roaring Run parking lot, then take a left and go down Upper Hoop Hole Loop, this is the knee knocking section with a lot of trees close on sides of trail. You will come to intersection of Lower Loop,take a right and follow lower loop all the way around until coming back to intersection, then follow back down till parking lot. Very technical with a lot of rock— extreme ride
